EventsBase

EventsBase is an electronic patient record platform for major spectator events.

Initially developed in collaboration with The FA for event medical at Wembley it is now available for all types of major events. The platform provides an EPR solution for a distributed ad-hoc medical team covering a major event.

• Hub-and-spoke model of distributed First Aid stations, mobile teams and a central main medical unit, all backed up with Ambulance transport

• Dispatch and control of all resources for an event from a central command control

• Ad-hoc resources managed with simple short-term security as well as event briefings integrated

• Messaging (with integrated audit logging) across all locations
